ULLR - God Portrait for Age of Mythology: Retold

I had the amazing opportunity to work on Age of Mythology: Retold by Forgotten Empires and World's Edge.

For this illustration I took over a colorsketch done by https://www.artstation.com/laura-csajagi. My task was to do the final polish and rendering-pass so it blended in nicely with the other portraits.

The god itself is called ULLR and he is the god of winter, hunter, acre and more. He is usually depicted while skiing and holding a bow. I loved how the color-sketch was approved and it made me go into new painting territory.
